Condolence From: Mike Fish
Condolence: Uncle Jim, Jamie, Tim and family,
II Corinthians 5:8 - "We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord."
I am fully aware that the best of men and women are men and women at best, but to me, Gladys Jarvis was certainly one of the
sweetest spirited ladies that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. We have fond memories of our last visit with Jamie and her mom at Holiday House. My dad, Gladys' brother Earl, was thrilled that both were receptive to hear the Gospel and respond.
I am confident that my father and his sister had a grand reunion in Heaven!
Has it really been THAT long ago since we all were able to get together at Grammy and Grampy's in North Clarendon for Thanksgiving dinner? Whew! Where has the time flown by!?
Many times as I have prayed for family members I have thought to myself how good Jamie has been to her parents. If I know of one son or daughter who has truly lived and obeyed the Bible command to "honor thy father and thy mother," I would vote for Jamie Grenier.
I love you all, and I am honored to have had Gladys Jarvis as my aunt.

Condolence From: Judy Bradbury
Condolence: Growing up on Hayden Pkwy would not have been the same without Gladys Jarvis. She was a kind and generous woman, always ready with a wonderful, warm smile. I will forever appreciate the patience and acceptance she extended to her daughter’s friends (even those times we perhaps did not conduct ourselves in the most deserving of ways). My heartfelt condolences to Gladys’ beloved family. My thoughts are with you. Judy

Condolence From: Chris and Bonnie Carpenter/Conover
Condolence: To your whole family goes our sympathy for your loss. Your mother (grandmother, wife) gave you years of her love and devotion, and then when she became ill, you never stopped giving her your love, caring, and time as you were able. Hold the best memories in your heart forever, knowing she is now at rest.
