Armandine Lorraine Austin died in the home she loved on May 19, 2014.

She was born on June 19, 1945, in Portland, Maine daughter of Conrad and Edna Beauchemin.

She married Robert Charles Austin on November 10, 1961. She was born to be a housewife and did so happily for all these years!

She leaves her husband Robert, of North Duxbury, her son Robert Charles Austin, Jr. and his children Zebulon and Bronwen of Sedro Woolley, Washington, her daughter Jennie Marie Austin and her children, Lindsey, Kate, Bridget, John and Ian York of Toccoa, Georgia.

She leaves siblings Bea Fisher, Atlanta, Georgia, Ron Andrews, Hinesburg, VT, RoseMary Mallin, Duxbury, VT, Henry Parro, Waterbury, VT and Ann Bronson, Fort Worth, Texas. A brother, Roland Beauchemin died November 4, 2007.

She also leaves an uncle, Gordon Rochelle, Arlington, VT and cousins, nieces and nephews, her very special girl, Murphy Ann Levine and her Hero cousin, Wesley Rochelle.

She enjoyed knitting hats, mittens and socks for the neighbor children and the Mitten Tree and having yard sales. She had a good and happy life!
