Condolence From: Mert Esmond
Condolence: John and I had a long relationship in the clock repair business. We often traded technical tips and shared workload. John had a reputation for excellence in everything he did. This carried over into his clock work as well. He was a more then fair man to do business with.
In heaven as on earth keepers of time are needed. Keep your bench cleared and the tool box handy. I think of you daily.

Condolence: My wife and I offer our sincere condolences for your loss. John was a good friend, a peer manager at IBM and the keeper of our clocks. His emails and his presence will be sorely missed.

Condolence: It was a pleasure to work with John @ IBM. John was one of the first guys I wrote programs for after transferring here in late 1980. Over our careers, we continued to cross paths at IBM, and eventually at the Underhill Harvest Market where we both had booths selling our wares. I would usually stop by his booth and chat with him between customers. John had a vast knowledge of how clocks worked, and truly enjoyed sharing those stories with his friends.

Condolence: John was a special man and held a special place in my heart. I first met him when I was the secretary at First Congregational Church and during Bonnie's illness and we became friends when he brought multiple bags of food every month to our Heavenly Food Pantry. He fought his cancer with grace and dignity - I'll miss you, John.
