Condolence From: Richard Rigg
Condolence: I first met Pam in 2002 when our Company converted to VIP software. During the following 14 years Pam and I “enjoyed” many long conversations dealing with the software. Pam‘s knowledge and passion for her job was amazing, think about it, her day was spent talking to people that were upset and mad because the software “did not work”. She was always positive and to say patient, would be an understatement. If she was a little grumpy when she got home at night it was a different distributor, not me. We became friends very shortly after we started working together, this friendship continues in sprit.
I am a better person than I was in 2002 because my world was allowed to collide with Pam’s world. I take comfort that I was allowed to share time, although to short, with this amazing colleague and friend. I send to her family my heartfelt condolences. She will be missed by so many that she helped and supported.

Condolence: I send my heartfelt condolences. Pam was my co-worker, my team lead for a while, and a mentor practically since I set foot in the door at VIP nearly a decade ago; my desk was situated right next to hers for a number of years, and we collaborated and chatted and joked frequently. I can still hardly believe she's gone; I'm going to miss her so much. We all are.
