Lois Mae (Whiting) Tatro, 90, of Quechee, passed away on Monday, May 30, 2016 at The Manor in Morrisville. She was born February 17, 1926 in Mankato, MN daughter of the late Zach and Ellen (Fisher) Whiting.

She and her sisters enjoyed quilting and attending craft shows to display their wares. Her pot holders and placemats are found in many family homes. Making candy and cookies to fill Christmas buckets for each family group was another fun activity.

Lois was the organizer for family camping vacations in Maine for many summers. Her children, grandchildren, sisters and extended family members enjoyed many family meals with 20+ in attendance, card parties, and much laughter. Those were happy times enjoyed by all.
